The breakfast was awesome with a talented cook. Beautiful riverside location with mountain views. Short motorbike ride to town. Invited to a delicious family barbecue.

We appreciated the time spent here. The apartment was fairly clean and had magnificent location on the outskirts of town. The hosts of this property were helpful and accommodating. The room was immaculate with obscure windows, pleasant to stay in. Food for breakfast was outstanding...

we stayed here before and always had just perfect experience. great value and reasonably large rooms. the pool was nice. there was a good restaurant a short walk to the apartment.

I keep coming back to this place in Phong Nha for my stay. The staff helped me with technical issues on my first visit, so I remember it. It suits me perfectly and has Wi-Fi, free parking, AC, and a private beach. Coming back for Xmas!

The scenic views from the shared balcony were absolutely breathtaking. I felt like I was in a nature documentary, surrounded by lush greenery and a peaceful river.

stayed in phong nha before, but river house was a game changer. incredible views, scooters available, and the owner's excellent english made a huge difference. only issue was the faulty AC in one room.

I had a fantastic stay at this homestay run by a warm and welcoming family. the rooms were comfortable, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite arriving early, we were offered breakfast and shown to our rooms immediately. I was impressed by how quickly the staff organized a driver for our afternoon excursion and a tour for the next day. They even provided us with plenty of bottled water for our adventures. I traveled with my picky-eater daughter, but the staff catered to her tastes and always offered an alternative if she didn't like something. The highlight of our stay was the delicious feast we had on our last night. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all. 🌟.

I had a fantastic stay at a riverside hotel in Phong Nha. The views from the balcony were breathtaking as I could see the river slowly running past while enjoying dinner. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind, attending to all my needs. They organized transportation, tours, laundry, and even provided free bikes for exploring. Breakfast was delicious and authentic, a great way to start the day. The hotel's location was also great, as it was right next to a little beach on the river where I could relax in the late afternoon. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, location to the river beach, and the helpfulness of the staff made my stay truly enjoyable.
